INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Martin University is now enrolling children ages three to four for its Pre-K Care & Learning Center located on the university campus at 2186 North Sherman Drive. The preschool program begins September 9th with two sessions from which to choose – 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The program is free and open to the public.
The program features creative play and a research-based curriculum taught by experienced and trained staff. It balances teacher-directed and child-initiated learning that responds to each child’s learning style and builds on their strengths and interests.
To register or for more information, contact Korrie Estes at 317-917-3670 or kestes@martin.edu. Items needed for enrollment are the child’s birth certificate, proof of residency, up-to-date immunization records, and photo identification of the parent or guardian.
“This free preschool program is another example of Martin’s commitment to families, education of all ages, and desire to prepare everyone for life-long learning adequately,” said Dr. Sean Huddleston, Martin University president and CEO. “And, of course, if the preschool program helps our students as they juggle their education with family and work life, we’ve accomplished multiple goals.
