INDIANAPOLIS, IN – In an effort to connect with justice-impacted individuals and provide them a fresh start, Martin University will co-host a Second Chance Expo Job and Resource Fair on Friday, April 25 from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on its campus, 2186 North Sherman Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46218.
Attendees can expect access to job opportunities and gain vital resources, including inspiring speakers, engaging workshops led by local organizations, and a panel featuring professionals who have worked within key sectors of the justice system sharing their expertise and insights on pathways to success. Food trucks will be on-site, creating a welcoming space for networking and community connection.
In addition to Martin University, the event is being presented by Trusted Mentors, REFORM Alliance, Fathers & Families Center, Step Up Inc., Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis Corrections Ministries, Constructing our Futures, P.A.C.E, Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, 2nd Chance Indiana, RecycleForce, Thomas Ridley, and the City of Indianapolis Division of Reentry.

Featured keynote speakers will be Keidrain “Bossman” Brewster and Tanaine Jenkins.
Brewster -- TEDtalk Speaker, entrepreneur, author, and founder of Big Reform -- tells an amazing story of how he rebuilt his life after 13 years of incarceration by starting a trucking company.
Jenkins – TEDtalk Speaker, Recidivism Strategist, author, and founder of Everything I am, tells a fascinating story of her journey from corrections to business owner and activist focused on re-entry strategies.
