Division of Finance and Administration

The Division of Finance and Administration supports the core purpose and mission of Martin University by providing fiscal oversight for all divisions, departments, grants, and administrative units.

The Division of Finance and Administration handles Martin University's business and is overseen by the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration. The Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration is the university's chief financial and business officer and reports directly to the President. It is the Division of Finance and Administration that establishes financial policies and procedures affecting short and long-range financial plans, projects, and strategic objectives, which include the following group of support operations:

  • Grants

  • Bursar

  • Finance and Accounting

  • Payroll Services

  • Purchasing​

The Office of Finance and Administration exercises administrative direction over:

​​

  • Financial and selected administrative and operational programs

  • Development and monitoring of budgets

  • Coordination of and planning for capital construction, repairs, and renovations

  • Management of land acquisitions

  • Reporting of financial information to internal and external constituencies

  • Oversight of grant management
